2. Inquiry & Booking Process

All services must begin with submission of a contact form through our website.

Submitting a contact form does not guarantee availability or booking. After reviewing your inquiry, we will contact you to discuss project details, scope, timelines, and pricing.

If both parties agree to proceed:

  • A custom contract and invoice will be issued through HoneyBook

  • Services officially begin only after the contract is signed and payment terms are met

No services are rendered without a signed agreement.

3. Payments & Billing

  • Pricing is listed on our website for reference and may vary based on project scope

  • Payment schedules, deposits, monthly billing, and cancellation terms are outlined in your individual HoneyBook contract

  • Monthly services are billed on a recurring basis as defined in your agreement

  • Late payments may result in paused services or termination, as outlined in your contract

All payments are processed securely through third-party platforms (such as HoneyBook and its payment processors).

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of creative services, all payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing in your signed contract.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, photography, and materials created by Chylye Creative LLC remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received, unless otherwise stated in your contract.

Usage rights, licensing, and ownership terms are defined within each individual service agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide timely communication, feedback, and materials

  • Respect deadlines and revision limits outlined in their contract

  • Use delivered work in accordance with agreed-upon usage rights

Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

Chylye Creative LLC is not liable for:

  • Business losses, revenue loss, or indirect damages

  • Platform outages, algorithm changes, or third-party service disruptions

  • Results outside of our control (including engagement, sales, or conversions)

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

We may use third-party platforms such as HoneyBook, Shopify, Wix, or social media platforms to deliver services. We are not responsible for the performance, policies, or outages of these platforms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services or agreements if a client violates these Terms or their signed contract.
